Originally from Chicago, Debra has lived in the St Augustine area for over 20 years. She has been working in the property management industry for over a decade, and has a solid track record of success. Debra's experience thus far includes being responsible for managing a portfolio of over 10 million in assets while embracing a results-driven approach. She works diligently to prioritize the needs of property owners and is confident she can use her expertise to help you achieve your goals.
Jada is a Jacksonville native who loves to spend her time outside at local hot spots such as Eagan’s Creek Greenway, Historic Downtown Amelia Island, and on the 7 miles of beautiful beach front.
She began her career in Real Estate after assisting local families in there movement towards financial solvency. Jada’s experience makes her well equipped to help clients turn an idea into concrete reality and achieve all of their real estate goals! When she’s not running for her clients, she’s running after her sassy, energetic daughters on family outings.
Victor has been involved in the real estate world in some fashion for the last 12 years. The level of professionalism and completeness he brings to his work was formed in his time spent in construction, insurance inspections, leasing, and sales. Victor makes it his mission to ensure your tenants and homes are well taken care of and you continue to be profitable.
Dana brings four years of dedicated experience in property management, with a keen focus on leasing. Leveraging her background in education and hospitality, she excels in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and detail-oriented service. Dana's passion lies in helping tenants find their ideal homes and ensuring property owners enjoy a seamless leasing experience. Outside of work, she enjoys beach outings with her two kids and taking care of her cherished cats, balancing her professional expertise with personal joys.
Erika brings over four years of dedicated experience in accounting, with a strong passion for working with numbers. Leveraging her academic background and professional expertise, she excels in delivering meticulous financial management and analysis. Erika's commitment lies in ensuring accurate and efficient accounting processes. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her three cherished dogs, balancing her professional life with her personal time.
Bert has lived in the Jacksonville Florida area for over 30 years. She has been in the Property Management business for 35 years. She has been responsible for millions in Owner Assets and ensuring that she takes the best care of your investment along with your Residents. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of Property Management.
Mariana is a maintenance coordinator who plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly for tenants. She takes care of assigning any new issues reported by tenants to the best vendors, making sure the right people handle each job.
Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors is something Mariana really focuses on. This helps her get maintenance tasks taken care of quickly and efficiently, keeping tenants happy.
Mariana enjoys her work and always tries to improve the tenant experience and property management standards.
